Assistant Training Course (ATC)

The course is dedicated to people who want to improve their skills and knowledge in the field of kitesurfing. During the course, we teach the theoretical foundations related to safety, teaching methodology at the IKO level 1, aerodynamics, meteorology, tides, currents, spot management and basic equipment repairs.

The course is run by a qualified Assistant Trainer - Mateusz Jacyno. It lasts 5 days (8 hours of classes a day). Due to the quality of the course, the maximum number of participants is 8 people.

Prerequisites:

minimum 16 years old
riding level 4 (jump with grab, jibe)
169 USD fee paid at www.ikointl.com. www.ikointl.com The fee gives access to Module 1 - online ATC course. Upon successful completion of the online course, the candidate automatically gains access to Module 2, the real-world course taking place on the specified dates.

Instructor Trainig Course - ITC (5 days)

The course is dedicated to people with IKO Assistant qualifications. During the course, we teach teaching methodology at levels 1, 2 and 3, rules of communication, organization of spots and certification standards in accordance with international guidelines. After completing the course, you will receive a Level 1 Instructor certificate and you will be ready to work in IKO Centers located around the world.

Practice during the course is a minimum of 12 hours spent with real students.

Kurs trwa 5 dni (8 godzin zajęć dziennie). Ze względu na jakość kursu maksymalna ilość uczestników to 8 osób.

Prerequisites:

- minimum 18 years old

- riding level equivalent to IKO level 4 (jump with grab, jump transition, jibe)

- valid first aid course completion certificate (not older than 2 years)

- pass Assistant Training Course (ATC)

Price: 1030 USD

299 USD fee paid on IKO website www.ikointl.com + 731 USD paid on the first day of the ITC at Banana Kite n Surf (price includes international liability and recreational insurance, equipment insurance)

Medic First Aid Course (MFA)

Date: 14.09.2023

For people who do not have a current first aid course (courses not older than 2 years are accepted), we offer the opportunity to take part in such a course. Duration 4h. After the course, the candidate receives the HSI (Health and Safety Institute) certificate - issued in English.
